Colin Halliday, a seasoned real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience is a proud member of the Payton + Binnings Team, a top 10 team in San Francisco & Marin. In the fall of 2023, our team made a significant milestone by becoming the founding members of Christie's International Real Estate San Francisco | Marin | Wine Country, bringing the distinguished international brand back to San Francisco and extending its reach to Marin & Wine Country. 

Collaborating with the expert team at Christie's International Real Estate, Colin offers clients unparalleled real estate expertise and seasoned negotiation skills. With a commitment to white-glove service, Colin dedicates himself to ensuring his clients are represented to the highest degree. With an extensive real estate background, having successfully facilitated the sale of a wide variety of properties, including single-family homes, condominiums, TICs, new construction, country property and vacant land. To date, Colin has closed nearly 100 properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In Colin’s free time, he enjoys watching local San Francisco sports, exploring new restaurants, biking, basketball and volunteering weekly at San Francisco’s SPCA Animal Shelter.
