LOWER PACIFIC HEIGHTS

Lower Pacific Heights is a neighborhood in San Francisco, California. It is located just south of Pacific Heights and is known for its Victorian homes, tree-lined streets, and proximity to many popular destinations.

Lower Pacific Heights is also known for its vibrant dining and shopping scene. The Fillmore Street corridor is home to many popular restaurants, cafes, and boutiques, as well as a weekly farmer's market. The neighborhood is also located near the popular retail and dining destination of Union Street. Japantown is a major draw to the neighborhood, and The Fillmore Jazz Festival makes the already-bustling neighborhood even busier each July.

Victorian homes line the leafy streets of Lower Pacific Heights, some single-family homes and some converted to condominiums over the years. Clustered around Fillmore Street, you’ll find larger condo buildings that were built more recently.
