A simple card and some baked goods won’t suffice to tell you how much we are grateful for your hard work, enthusiasm and patience. Without this, we’d be very disillusioned trying to buy a condo as the opportunity slipped through our fingers. Instead, we’re changing the locks today and moving on Friday 2/19. We’re home owners, something I truly thought I’d never say as recently as November! You shepherded us through this process with grace and ease; you worked tirelessly and ethically on our behalf. We have our first home and we can be proud that we bought it at a great deal, but also the right way. Thank you. Not only did you respond to all of our requests immediately, not only did you go the extra mile every step, not only did you celebrate our success and make this fun and exciting, but you also gave us some terrific gifts. The home warranty is a generous and very practical touch. May we never need it, but if we do, we’ll be thanking you again. The two bottles of wine were over the moon in personalization and thoughtfulness. We know these labels are extremely honored and touched. Thank you, we can’t say it enough.
